The purpose of this meeting is to look at the first three phases. 1) COSTCO AND GAST STATION, up to approximately 170,000 square feet of large format retail with fuel filling station. 2) up to approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial development including grocer, restaurant, health club, and retail uses (all to be named later), 3) up to 1,100 single-family attached units (townhouses) and 2-over-2 units with a club house in back near the water tower near what will be back entrance at Industrial Parkway.
But if you look at the map you will see lots of multifamily, multilevel buildings throughout the project. There is one multilevel building directly on Cherryhill Road at the entrance at FDA Boulevard.
